What working with me looks like

Feeling stuck does not mean you are. You don’t need more motivation. You need someone in your corner, checking in daily, adjusting the plan when life gets messy, and making sure you don’t quietly give up. Tell me what we are working toward and I’ll reach out within 24 hours.

Is this you?

  • You've set the same goal three Januarys in a row.

  • You crush it for two weeks, then something knocks you off and you never recover.

  • You've tried apps, meal plans, and programs, but none of them check if you actually showed up.

  • You know your body is capable of more. You just can't figure out why you keep stalling.

How it works

We start with a real conversation. I learn about your goals, your history, your body. No one-size-fits-all program. We build a plan around your life, not the other way around.

Daily check-ins on training, nutrition and goals. I'm reviewing your workouts, your meals, and how you're feeling. If something's off, we adjust that day, not next week.

Weekly coaching calls. You and I talk through what's working, what's not, and what's changing. This is where the mindset work happens too.

When life derails you. (and it will) A vacation, an injury, a brutal work week, these things happen. We rebuild the plan instead of scrapping it. No starting over.

Don’t know where to start?

  • I've had coaches before. None of them noticed when I went quiet. I stopped responding for three days and she checked in not with a generic reminder, but like someone who actually gave a damn. That's when I knew this was different.

  • I lost 30 pounds, but that's not even the win. The real change is that I trust myself now. I say I'm going to do something and I actually do it. I haven't felt that in years.

    — T.K.

  • She called me out on my own excuses and I needed that. I kept telling myself I'd start Monday. She told me we were starting today. Six months later I'm in the best shape of my life and I don't recognize my old habits.

  • I was skeptical about paying for accountability. I thought I should be able to do this alone. Turns out that was the whole problem. Worth every dollar.
